During this period, while providing brand and strategic communication consultancy to institutions operating in the national and international arena, as well as carrying out numerous events on a national scale, in 2014, he founded AKare Communication Management with the motto “Innovative Approach to Communication“.
Aykun Murat Alan, who believes that communication is an integrated discipline that can only be managed effectively through a simultaneous, consistent, and sustainable approach, has a particular interest in digital marketing communications management, integrated marketing communications management, brand communications management, crisis communications management, and corporate award communications management. He approaches communication not merely as a tool for visibility, but as a strategic management discipline that shapes institutions’ reputation, growth, and long-term brand value.
Expressing his professional perspective with the words, “For me, the primary factor underlying success is professional fulfillment. If I do not personally take satisfaction from the work produced at the end of the day, then that work is not yet complete for me,” Aykun Murat Alan has, to date, provided strategic marketing communications and brand communications consultancy to national and multinational institutions, organizations, and private initiatives operating across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, sports, food, B2B, FMCG, technology, automotive, gastronomy, tourism, and retail, as well as to individuals who seek to manage their communication effectively.
A member of TÜHİD [Turkish Public Relations Association], Aykun Murat Alan founded AKare Communication Management in 2014. Through this agency, he provides consultancy to national, multinational, and international brands, as well as to individuals aiming to build a strong personal brand in their own fields, across more than 20 service areas including strategic media relations management, content-driven digital media management, digital marketing communications management, brand communications management, project and event management, CSR project management, influencer marketing, and corporate award communications. He also delivers training programs for institutions of various scales in the fields of crisis communications management and media training, helping organizations become better prepared for potential reputation risks while strengthening their spokesperson capabilities and media relations competencies.
Aykun Murat Alan is not only a consultant who develops communication strategies, but also a communications professional who builds teams, provides direction, and establishes sustainable communication structures for brands. With the new digital agency structure established in Zurich, Switzerland, in 2024, Aykun Murat Alan has also been delivering projects on a global scale together with his team through Alpha Crea, of which he is a co-founder. Through Alpha Crea, he provides 360-degree digital strategy development, influencer marketing, and digital marketing communications solutions for brands operating in Switzerland as well as for multinational institutions. In addition to enhancing the digital identity and presence of brands of various sizes, the agency focuses on enabling sustainable growth through creative global strategies that take cross-cultural communication dynamics into account.
Having played basketball for many years in different categories and organizations, Aykun Murat Alan has continued this passion after stepping into the communications industry by channeling it into the field of strategic sports communication and marketing communications. He remains actively involved in sports communication by providing consultancy to professional sports clubs, sporting organizations, athletes from various disciplines, and federations.
Fluent in English, Aykun Murat Alan enjoys traveling to different geographies, experiencing diverse cultures firsthand, exploring world cuisines, and discovering new venues with distinctive concepts. These interests not only enrich his personal world, but also enhance his communication approach by enabling him to read different target audiences, lifestyles, and cultural dynamics with greater depth.
He continues his work with a focus on building strategic communication infrastructures for brands aiming to grow across Turkey and Europe, increasing their visibility at both national and international levels, and creating sustainable brand value.
